G4 rebate - getting screwed
I have owned and registered every copy of Realflight since it came out. I was looking forward to G4 and the rebate would make it that much nicer. I have had G3 for at least 2 1/2 years - when it first came out. The rebate requires the UPC code from the box. I do not keep boxes that long. No UPC code; no rebate. Even though I have registered G3 from the first day. I sent GP an email; they have yet to reply. Guess I won't be upgrading to G4.

Sorry, but you need to print out the REBATE OFFER and read it.
They do not require the UPC code for either G3 or G3.5.
Below is an abbreviated version of the rebate offer.
I bought G3 a year or so ago. I don't have the box now, nor do I have the cash register receipt. Looking at the rebate requirements, I'm going to have to use option B, either $75 merchandise or $30 cash.
What are required:
1. The rebate request. (I printed it out and have already filled it out with all required info.)
2. The Proof-of Purchase for G4
3. The serial numbers off the crystal cases.
4. IF DOING OPTION A, cash register receipt for G3 or G3.5 (only for option A)
5. The cash register receipt (for G4 only)
They do not require UPC codes for G3 or G3.5 at all.
My rebate offer is going into the mail today. I will get $75 back.

Boy, did I read that form wrong. I thought it mentioned the UPC from G3 as proof of purchase, not G4. Thanks for pointing that out.
