Is Realflight G3 (not 3.5) any good?
I'm thinking of buying this used off a local modeler for $50, is it worth it? How does it compare to the newer versions?

for 50$ its not a bad deal you can upgrade to G 3.50.065 by downloading the upgrades from knifeedge http://www.knifeedge.com/ for free there is also tons of free planes to get there as well.
as long as your graphics card can run it the 3.5 is a good sim, of course the 4.5 is a little better but I am happy with my 3.5,I havent felt the need to spend more $$ on the new one.
