GP RealFlight G2 has great service dept.
I have recently purchased a RealFlight G2 simulator for my WinXP computer to improve my flying skills. I have had it for 3 weeks now and my son and I love it. Just last night the left stick on the USB TX controller broke internally.
Man, I was upset (because I love the simulator so much and did not want to be without it). Well, I called GP and explained my problem and I was blown away with how nice their policy is. They are going to send me a replacement USB TX in the mail and ship me a return shipping label for my broken one.
GP's G2 sim has my vote!!
