Default BodySax/MTC water cooled twin

I could see there is some price confusion. This has been cleared now. Seem that it was somethings with the VAT.

On the joined crank versus the one piece crank there are some pros and cons.
Joined cranks have the advantage of regular bearings and better sealing between the two cases (room under the pistons). The disadvantage is of cause the joint. One piece (if made well) does of cause not have an issue of the joint. Problem here is that you have to use a two piece bearings and the sealing is difficult. On our case we use larger than standard bearings as well as we use 5. On the RCMK roller berings are used betweem the two cylinders and a double groove seal (air spinning) is sealing the two cases. One of our "watch and learn points" of the split roller bearing is related to the way the forces are transmitted from the explosion to the crank and the case. If this proves to be capable of withstanding the forces then the one piece crank is a good solution. On the other hand, the joining method we are using has already been proven to last and hence MTC gives 5 years warranty on the joint.

Questions, just ask.

Here is an older picture. Today the sit a little closer together.

You can ckeck out my photobucket for more pictures.

It has not been installed in a 5B before. Installing in a B will require some modifications to the roll cage as the spark plugs sit right where the bars run.

The case itself is 122 mm. Then comes the clutch house in one end and the ignition plate and pull starter in the other end.

Saxoft looked at your video of your car running on grass I think you really need a 4 wheel drive system when you are running your twin beast on a surface other than sand. That twin inline motor is a beast!!!
