Default Hi everyone, new guy from Florida

Hey guys thought I introduce myself,

My name is Miller been into RC's for almost 20 years now, mostly cars and boats. I usually build hot-rods and customise classica cars but I have always owned several larger scale cars and trucks. Once you start as a kid I guess it never stops that saying is true " Man never grow up, the toys just get more expensive"

I have recently got my hands on a Design one 4x4 monster prototype. This is one of the largest things I have seen, the buld is amazing. It has hidraulic all wheelsteering, 100cc Yamaha engine disk brakes front and rear, ITSINSANE!

Here are some pictures of it, I will take some more detailed ones later I have been out for work and its hard to stay home long enough to get to it.

The Jeep I buld out of buster axles and a ESP chassis, the body was off a large scale war toy.

Nice meeting everyone,

About six months ago Iwas selling a 32 Ford Hot rod frame that Ibuild (real size car) and the son of a gentleman that came from California that used to do work on race trucks brought it along when he moved to Fort Lauderdale. He saw that Iwas working on that RC Jeep and asked if Iwanted to see the bisggest RC truck ever, Iwalked into a garage full of car parts (Heaven) and saw her on the corner with a old rag covering her.

The moment I saw I fell I had to have it and traded the frame plus some cash for it. The rest is history.

This is one of the most intriquet RC's I've ever seen. My father used to race Mantas back in the days and I have a few still and I thought that all wheel drive and disc brakes were the most awesome thing back in the early 90's after I saw the scale on this I was amazed.

I had the engine running and sounds amazing, I have not put a radio on it yet I had plans of restoring it but between two hot-rods I am currently building it is tough both time and in the wallet

Iwas just reading it couple of days ago, I had no idea it was a sole prototype!

I remenber my dad bringing the RC World magazines back in the 80's and that pictured of the kid next to it drove me insane, I might still have that mag around.

First time I saw the truck I though it was a New Era with a custom Ford body in it, them I didnt see the signature axles and my afterthough was that someone custom buld this. But after reading that on quaterscales.com I was SHOCKED>
