Baja 5B engine store upgrades
Just got me a KM baja 23cc & wanted to know if towerhobbies sold engines for these buggies ? these are 2-stroke what engines ? so i can know what to look under when under engines...
whats the best place to look site wise & prices on engines ? please help me out .. can u name some cheap but good engines for these baja please.

thanks ! I have a KM 23cc how much Horse does that have ? Im looking for more top end speed "like off the line" but for bashing so what would be a good motor to go with ?? PiPe too

A good motor for higher top end and bashing is a race port or full mod 27.2cc zen 4-bolt
Oneill Brothers Racing

Dogpile Racing
CC Race Engines
TS Reed Case 29.5cc
It all comes down to what you want to pay. There are some awesome engine options available ranging from $350-1150 but if you going to spend the money get a 4bolt in the long run it will last longer and have less issues.

you can get 28.5 kits from DDM.... that will be like night and day for that engine. same thing with the pipe- if bashing is what you do most, pick up a rear dom. $150 and it just about doubles the 23cc HP... my advice, buy the pipe first, then the headkit if you still want more speed.
