Baja 5b questions
I inherited an older 5b and need some advice. I will need a motor, clutch, and a few drive line pieces to get it running. I am going to use a stock motor for now, but I know the older cars had some clutch issues. What is the most reliable clutch setup these days? Will the new style half shafts and drive ends from the truck work? If not, what are the best options?
Thanks.
Thanks.

RE: Baja 5b questions
for clutch, it depends what you want. Either get the stock clutch or the one with the 8k spring. The vertigo clutch bell/pinion system is good, but the TR clutch system is better (but you're gonna pay for it).
The stock drive shafts & cups should be fine. make sure they are not bent/twisted (the pins on both ends should line up to either end) If they are bent, i believe the new Sc shafts and cups work together but with older cups or shafts.
