I'm new to this post, i understand you/ve been doing this type of thing a while.
Tell me what kind of foam you used on the body porotype.
I'm building a 1/5 scale hot rod and want to build a glass body.

I didnt use foam, only mdf and acrylic filler.

there are not many old skool craftsmen machinists left that can use manual lathes, mills etc and turn out high tolerance and awkward shaped work(ie no cnc) but you my friend are definitely one of them... mundo respect to you Vass!!!

Pipe is ready to tig welding. Iner pipes and diaphragms to their possition.
