    Kosta's special tires.

My friend Kostas made his new special tires, to 1/4 and 1/5 scale car, diametrically of rubber.
Hope to see a running video soon.

This time he works on different dimensions for the all large scale cars.

I love these tires and I'll use it to my next projects.

Nice work by Kostas. Look forward to seeing a set on the Aston.

    Hello Vass,
So cool, will you give us the size, and how about the rims they will fit.
I'm wondering if you could make a adaptor to fit baja and FG wheels on Yankee Models.
Are they racing compound or just stock.
Thank you, keep an eye on those
    Cheers.

    Hey Whoz,

This rim is 120 x 80 mm and the tire 170x80.Its a prototype . Kostas, works and on other dimensions, to the most large scale.

    There are 2-3 compounds .

    RE: Kosta's special tires.

    Hello Vass,
It's very cool cause actualy there are no good racing tires for YANKEE 1/4 since the companies stopped to produce like (SLD Racing, PMT,etc...) after the "death" of YANKEE in 1998. Now there are a lot of people in Europe are running Yankee models and with the YANKEE company is producing again since 2007 new models and parts, the flame is back.
    Can't wait to see that.
    Cheers.

    Hey Whoz,

I'll try to find an old Yankee's rim and tire , to see what we can do about it.

If there is a useless one (rim + tire ) to somebody, I want and pay it .

    cheers
