here's another thing to try, take your plug out turn your baja upside down and pull start about 10 times. this is flush it out if it is flooded.
next put about 8 drops of 2 stroke oil in the cylinder and replace the plug and give it a pull. it should try to pop or it may fire right up.
if it starts and then dies and will not start back up it may be the carb.

Thanks for the info, I will give it a try when I was cleaning the carb I never took the bottom part off so maybe it got glogged up or something but I will try it and let you know.

I did mislable the float diaphram
if you get the carb rebuild kit, it will have a blue plastic like
pump diaphram which is stiffer than the stock, and will hold up
better

Thanks for the info; I won't have time to work on the motor at the moment but I will try to open the bottom diaphram and see, as for the pump diaphram it wasn't wrinkled but it might be one of those two.

I made an order for both the lower diaphram and upper one; so once they arrive I will give it a try and hopefully have the engine running again.

Morespeed,

Do you mean gasoline mixed with 2 stroke oil or are you reffering to 2 stroke oil alone.

I guess he means only oil, this is to increase the compression in the cylinder. Again, i guess

No I haven't; but as soon as I get my break off work I will be able to work on it, I will try chaging the diaphrams first.

A engine needs only 3 things to start, compression, fuel and spark. So see which of those you don't have. Did the engine ingest dirt? If so you probably have no compression, hence it won't start, this is the most common reason for engines failing.

I still won't be home yet; so can't work on the engine I will replace the diaphrams and see if thats the problem....and no it did not ingest dirt but incase there is no compression whats the best way to make sure that i have the correct amount, I made sure the engine is sealed.

THE drill with the oil in spark plug hole will tell you about compression.
good luck
