It seems this is what the Redcat Rampage will be known as in Europe, but it'll have a 30cc engine instead of 26cc.

I read the tyres are 25cm in diameter, which is a fair bit bigger than FG/MCD et al, does the Redcat Rampage have such big tyres? If it's not just a typo then that could tempt me...

Yeah, it comes with dual 20kg steering servo's (and a 2.4Ghz radio system).

From what I gather it's a rebadged Redcat Rampage as I said, I'm not sure what version though...

The Maverick brand is owned by HPI Europe, interestingly...

I'm tempted to pre-order one, I quite fancy getting an MT to go with my Race Runner, I'm thinking either one of these, another MCD, or possibly an FTX Destroyer or FS King Kong (since the latter would be compatible with my RR and be cheaper than an MCD MT, but I'll probably go with one of the first three if anything).

I can't confirm exact size, but I can tell you that the rampage tires are bigger than the fg tires. I have a set of each.

The blackout and rampage are made by HSP models its not a rebage. redcat orders them with diffrent specs to make it better when the team drivers find weak spots they are changed to make it better

Sorry for my limited attention lately but it's all about dual transfer cases, quick disconnects, air lockers, 5 speed DG boxes and 35" MTZs at the moment.

This HSP model has been sold under many names & all have had slightly different looks. All basically the same though, with slight variations.

well i recieved mine on monday past and have been busy all week doing stuff to it an outwears pullstart cover, loctite bolts, vent the gear cover, fit a 5000mah hump pack and modify the battery box slightly for the charging jack, fit a fuel filter, then i went to waterproof the steering servos and found that they had gaskets in all the joins already which i thought was a nice touch, i run it for the first time tonight in the snow and its pretty good obviously not as good in the snow as my rc snowcat but very respectable i cant believe how big this thing is it totally dwarfs my savage xl. 1 thing that did go wrong with me was the screw which holds the throttle linkage onto the carb came loose with me 5 minitues into the first run a quick tighten up with some loctite sorted that right out also dont try picking it up from 1 side of the bullbars only cause i cracked the rear 1 on mine doing that, so just waiting for an aluminium gear plate to come and a cpi pipe
