drifting a FG
spent a tank in the back garden last night just as it was getting damp.
brake slightly to get the back end to step out then floor it and control the slide with the throttle
not much grass left in a couple of spots
but so much fun.
has anyone tryed doing drift tyres on a fg sideways at 40mph
and don't say a 2 wheel can't drift a million chinese drivers and my bmw will testify otherwise

RE: drifting a FG
there was a post somewhere on the drifting forum with loads of people saying a 2 wheel is to hard to drift
yeap harder than 4 wheel drive but so more rewarding when you get it right
just wondered if antone had tryed
o well not long for winter fingers crossed for snow

RE: drifting a FG
not that big 40 foot wide at the bottom about 60 foot long
and 15 foot wide at the top between the garage and the patio
were i was sliding it about.
not going that quick
slicks get here this week (tomorrow hopefully) then the sliding really starts
slicks + wet cricket pitch =
look out for parky though

RE: drifting a FG
Theyre talking about 1/10 scale R/C Cars..
2WD are hard to drift because you dont get that feedback with smaller cars...
4Wd gives you a lot more control, and with those open diffs.. theyre pretty drift friendly
