RE: Packs
No Moa, I purchased mine through www.onlybatterypacks.com. They had it in stock and it was $42 I think with shipping. It has 2 wires on it, one for the truck plug in and one to charge it! It works great in my truck with the dual steering!

RE: Packs
VS Modelsports ( www.vsmodelsport.com ) makes their own battery packs and they were very quick on shipping my order. Mine is a 3300maH NiMh with a Tamiya charging plug and a Hi-Tec receiver plug. The battery costs $35.99.

RE: Packs
I normally get my packs from Mike at cheapbatterypacks.com. The service is great and the packs are of good quality. However, they often run out of the GP3300's because those cells are just smokin! If you are willing to wait a few days, I'm sure you'll see them in stock, as they always have these cells coming in. Plus, when you order it, it will get to you super fast.

RE: Packs
Well I kinda know how you feel. I have all my radio equipment and batteries, but no MT. Wanna Trade?
I suggest you wait, Mike's good with customer service and sometimes if they are busy they take a little while to reply. I don't use any other packs. I find their packs to be of superior quality eventhough they have the label "cheap". I have two GP3300 5 cell packs. I doubt I will even run through both of them in a day's worth of running. The GP 3300's are that good.
They even helped me get the right charger and adapter to fit the pack to the charger. Very helpful, I'd wait.

No Moa, The truck will operate just fine off 4 AA batteries. I used this method 3 or 4 days before my battery pack came in. I did use rechargeable though!
