i think the biggest is a 1/6 scale electric!.... it's made by "FG" i forget what it was called tho'.... there was a thred about it!

actually 1/4 scale is the biggest electric and they were made by CEC.

FG does make an electric, and it is 1/5th scale, it will be 3 different chassis sizes according to there catalog. I am looking into it, i would like a medium chassis (515mm).
