Default gas foul plug

not sure whats causing this. When first trying to start buggie the plug fouls really wet, if I tip the buggie up on its rear gas runs out of the carb from where the air cleaner mounts

First pull with choke open and still fouls plug. The plug drips gas after 1 pull no choke

Dyna, you're pressurizing the system the return line into the tank is not venting out. Check by loosening the cap on the tank then trying to start. If this solves the problem you may need to put a fitting in the cap of the gas tank and run a rubber tube off of it.

Dyna, the one line comming off the bottom of the carb is the return line. I don't know which color it is. My two 5th scales one has two clear lines on it and my MCD has two black lines.
