gas foul plug

gas foul plug
not sure whats causing this. When first trying to start buggie the plug fouls really wet, if I tip the buggie up on its rear gas runs out of the carb from where the air cleaner mounts

too much choke ?
close the choke and pull it should start and stop, open choke pull and you should be off
mines had the choke removed and it starts fine -1 hear at the mo

Dyna, you're pressurizing the system the return line into the tank is not venting out. Check by loosening the cap on the tank then trying to start. If this solves the problem you may need to put a fitting in the cap of the gas tank and run a rubber tube off of it.

Dyna, the one line comming off the bottom of the carb is the return line. I don't know which color it is. My two 5th scales one has two clear lines on it and my MCD has two black lines.
