Monster Marder
Just fitted monster wheels to my marder
Running 19/46 gears its a litttle sluggish on take off (stll spins everywhere ) but flys on top end!
Gonna try 17/46 next before I fit the 16/48 that came with them though as I dont want it wheelying everywhere.
One thing I will say though.... It looks pants with the marder shell so it looks like more expense on a new body now

RE: Monster Marder
[8D]I also recently purchased some bigfoot wheels and added them to my off road beetle. I didn't want to hack at the body and lose the wings etc. So far I have fabricated some additional side panels to allow me to add the standard body. Still got quite a bit to do to allow venting through the sides, new front bumber etc........must admit though looks awsome and it's huge

RE: Monster Marder
Im tempted towards a MB body as they do seem to take some serious abuse. I can get a cheap pug 206 body for now and cut it about to fit but they are very thin and wont take much to destroy.
I would really like to shoe-horn on a leopard beelte body though just to be a little different or a pajero shell if they didnt make it sound like a wasp in a bean can[X(] If i was using standard wheels then it would have to be MK1 golf gti shell if one was available.
Totally agree with you on the new carson front though especially as Im a big vee-dub fan Something tells me it wont be around for quite a while though and will be very expensive when it does come out. My credit card is ready and armed for the day it does though
Shame there isn't much choise when it comes to 1/6th scale snf the few that are available are just to thin for the way I drive
