Nice job! I have been lurking and reading this forum for a while. I REALLY want a large scale car/truck and the MB is what I am leaning towards.
Good to see more and more in USA going large scale, unfortunately, I dont think there is much in my area or surrounding area. My "LHS" is 45min away and is a HobbyTown USA with a small amount of RC.
Do you mind me asking, where did you purchase you MB?

next time im in montgomery il giv u a buzz so u can see it 
im a truck driver and travel the whole u.s. and i bring my beetle w/me on the road.i got mine from a supplier in california. a month ago i met anothr beetle owner from maine and hav yet to meet anther from pueblo,co {2 hr s. of me}. if ur intrested i can give u phn# of where i got mine from {$879 shippd} later lefty

skulldoctor......that is a really nice paint job.....
I haven't been able to run mine, we just got over a 2 week spell of below freezing weather, a lot of that was below zero.....plus we have over a foot of snow......can't wait for spring, I want to run my MB and I need to go bass fishing.......I'm going stir crazy....LOL

i couldnt find the painted beetle post either,thats why i started a new thread.
i was gonna play w/mine today but woke up to SNOW. fishn season will be here b4 ya know it,maybe u can hook a line to the beetle and use it to pull in the "HAWGS"

LOL...nope, that is what this boat is for.......the other boat, next to my old T-maxx is a Warehouse Hobbies Enforcer ......gas of course, no nitro for me EVER again.....

thnx guys it wasnt the way i wanted it,but i was havn problems w/my airgun so i went a differnt route and finishd w/rattle cans. it looks good from a distance ,but u can see in person its a horrrrrible job. things jus wernt goin my way on that project and i got to a point of jus wantn it finished. i figured it wouldnt stay nice long anyway. the red was orignlly gonna be an allclad green-blue color change metallic paint. il save that for the next body latr lefty
