RE: Leopard arrived
I see you've gone for the MK3, Great brakes, i have them on my truck, Not too sure about the need for them on the rear though as most of the people I know find the lay shaft out adequate. You might find that everything works better with Alloy uprights on where you have brakes and beefing up the rear end won't do you any harm at all. Here's a couple of pics to give you an idea.
Hope it helps

RE: Leopard arrived
Hiya mate hows it going, the photos are from the last time i took it out on a race day and it still looks the same now (hangs his head in shame) the yellow rod ends are lauterbacher which are slightly harder than the red ones which in turn are harder than the standard FG ones and better in my opinion. The car with get cleaned before the clubby at nottingham which is just a practise for me as the first national of the season is also there.

RE: Leopard arrived
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the advice and pics.Decided to keep the stock rear parts until they break.[&o]Then i will follow the path to the shiny stuff. Are your yellow shock springs FG
or lauterbacher ?

RE: Leopard arrived
The yellow (well mustard actually) on the front are FG and the rears are standard Hi volume shock spings that have been cut and bent. The shocks themselves are the new upgrade from FG and work very well.
