these are the places I've been told about, but to be honest w/ you the support for these machines sucks. The web sites are outdated, the online parts listings are outdated and the selection sucks. If you find a better supplier please tell me.

The second link(vs modelsport) could help you. Half way down that page on the left, it says. "download the free catalog" it's a monster PDF file, but withen the 100 pages it shows everything FG makes. I hope you speak german. Good luck.

VSModelSport.com has been a very good source for parts and support. What are you talking about poor support for these machines?

Most of us Nitro guys are used to going to hundreds of websites and picking what we want. With the FG stuff, there is no site that has parts listed with buy now buttons in place. That is the support we are looking for.

In terms of having hundreds of webpages to choose from with buy-it-now options, then I must agree. I usually just call when I see something I want or do not understand how to fit or retro-fit an item.

Personelly i would forget the big engines and trying to make it faster, And go get some brakes!! you may well end up spending lots of money to see it smashed apart at high speed!! it doesnt make sense!!
The money your going to spend on a 26cc upgrade would nearly cover the cost of some front discs, The rear brake you have will not do you. But im no expert but it's not rocket science.

Have to agree with CraigN here. My very first upgrade for my car is going to be the collari brake system for the front and rear. I don't need a new engine yet since my car's brakes need ALOT of attention at the moment.

You can get an Engine Hop Up at http://www.davesmotors.com

He has both 26cc Zenoah hop ups and the 27cc(26.9cc) SIKK and 29cc SIKK hop up

I think his prices is very attractive, and He was very quick to ship outside the US

Beware that if you wants to Race, then you most likely have to use a 23cc Engine.
You will also get more power from a tuned pipe, than from a larger engine.

www.rc-car-online.de

This site has every FG part online. Not all is with pictures though, but they have adapted to the FG stock numbers (clever) and I guess everyone is able to read.

This is a German site, but is has everything in english too.

They ship worldwide and I will be getting my own FG Touringcar from there. The price will be about half of what I would have to pay compared to getting it from the states.

I have family living in Florida, and they have ordered from there many times and they ship fast.

Hope you find it usefull.

Regards from Denmark [8D]

Hi Hellya, In my opinion as a super truck and leopard off road racer, I would not do the upgrade you're thinking of just yet. The big problem thst the FG eco line has is all the plastic and to that end, the first parts I would have would be alloy lower rear arms & rose joints (or atleast the front inboard ones) alloy diff housing, alloy diff carrier, alloy engine mount and gear carrier and alloy rear hubs (uprights), alloy front hubs and front brakes (cable brakes would be fine to start with). I think thats about it, here are a few photos to give you an idea.

Regards,
Mike
