Yeh, then it comes around to quick...lol. Would like to see the mods your doing to the car.
I will send you some pictures of what I have done to our F1 (get rid of the belt drive to the diff).
Sick of taking the hole rear end of to change the belt when it breaks, and we had a lot of that last year.

no issue with rear belts. you must be running without a tensioner, even with extreme bite like gothemberg we did not see a rear belt issue.

Hi fmolzer,
Yes we had a tensioner from day one, before FG came out with it. We also tried a kevlar belt, what a mess that made!
What engine are you using? we have an Oddie Heli motor. I know there was a clutch problem which we have sorted now, as I say, I got sick of taking it apart, I dont like spending all that time doing it, should be racing at the track and not striping it down...lol

We are running MMR's we were within a few 1/10ths of the sedans last season in sweden, and out of 20 cars on the local track we do not see any belt issues, must be something special you guys are doing, we are hitting the clutch at about 9800 to 10500 so hard hitting clutches should not elevate the problem, possibly you went to tight on the belt?

the shaft has some flex but that would be a worse problem with a gear mesh. how did you mount the center shaft and do you have enough clearence with the shocks?
