Need advice before ordering a few parts
I will soon recieve my monster truck and my FG tune pipe should be arriving around the same time. I was wondering what gearing (pinon and spur) do you guys reccomend for climbing, bashing, jumps and occasional small races.
I hear the stock spur and pinon with the tune pipe just equals to loads of power and perhaps maybe too much. Since many of you have experience in the FG product line on your side of the pond i like to know your input if the next gear set for high end would still have climbing power for cliffs and mainly will it help reduce wheelies.
Thanks.

RE: Need advice before ordering a few parts
I kinda like the stock pipe performance on my truck.
The powerband is really smooth and this works very nice on a track. Im not saying i will not try a pipe though!
The rear diff is my only major performance issue at the moment. get yourself some allow uprighte for the front
and back for sure and rear alloy upper arms.

Do you have a picture of what your talking about? I'm not sure sure how the up rights look like for the front and back.
Thanks

this is my sportline but the rear uprights is the same as the trucks.
and how you adjust the metal coller is the same.
I personaly think hydros are far better and dont need that much attention. gives us more time to bash!!

I was trying to point out the rear upper arms.
but you still need to get the rear uprights anyway!
