Default Spoiler

I want to order a spoiler for my MB, but for whatever reason Krikke cannot process my credit card...don't know why. There is plenty of money in the account and my bank says it should work.

Does anyone know of another on-line store that sells them? Any help would be greatly appreciated...I'll dance at your wedding!

I see they take bank transfer...most banks do those free...email them and see if they will...They do list it as a option in payment area also, so there ya should be set hopefully.

Prepayment by bank is another possibility. With this choise we will contact you for directions.

Thanks, badz. I guess I will have to try another way to pay, rather than another store.

Thank you, everyone! You guy were great help.

Unfortunately, the first link is to a white spoiler (I need black), and the second link is Krikke...I know that it says FG Performance, but it looks like it links back to Krikke to pay for the part...

I could be wrong, but I would hate to try to pay for it again and have the same lady from Krikke e-mail me with another 'decline' message. [sm=stupid.gif] I think she is getting tired of having to try to deal with my credit card (She has had to contact me four times, already!)

I will try to contact FG Performance.

Just talked to the gentleman at FG Performance...he does not have any in stock and is not sure if he will order any more any time soon. They really are pretty expensive for a plastic wing. [&o]

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we are out of stock of the ABS
plastic spoiler. We have 1 polycarbonate spoiler in stock at the moment.
Please let me know if you want to change your order to the polycarbonate one
or if you want to wait until we get the ABS spoiler in stock.

I have one of these black spoilers. Ron sent me one awile back, they are very nice. Much more durable than the stock FG one!

Thought that I would let everyone know that the Firehammer wing is not a direct fit, so if you consider ordering one for your Marder, Beetle, Truck etc. you will have to make it fit. [sm=pirate.gif]

I had to ream out the holes and tap in some more of those metal grommets...I had planned to do that anyway.

So all you had to do was enlarge the holes?

The holes are slightly too close together to fit the spoiler posts on my MB. I reamed them out and put in metal grommets, but if you just make the holes larger the wing might slip around. []

But what I'm saying is that for a savings of $13+ it seems to be a good substitute for the lexan wing.

DEFINITELY! [sm=RAINFRO.gif] I like the shape and look of this one much better than the stock polycarbonate spoiler and the cost is dramatically lower than the black flexible spoiler that I originally wanted...I'm happy.
