With the "pointing forward" lay down position of the pipe (ala Leopard) I wonder how that would work on a Smartech, XTM or Firehammer buggy? The Firehammer chassis is tappered and does not have the wings.

Oh well...

yes, for one style at the moment, but it wont be long before it will fit others, as for fitting it to a smartech, firehammer ect, im fitting one to my Gator/ marder ect, with a MCB bodyshell (there is a post on this forum somewhere) this has side pods and will hopefully fit. I will keep you all posted.

Hi,
They have just finished testing and the price will be around 220-250€. I am having one dynoed and then ceramic coated in side and out (outside will be a chrome finish) to see if theres a power drop.
More news asap.

Looks badass! Forget the chrome or ceramic as long as the welds are clean. Is this pipe a direct bolt-up for the leopard buggy (new version with the exhaust through the floor) Any retailers in the USofA?

Would that be you? I didn't see the Fatty on your site? Could it be a New product? Please expand. I love the look of the pipe (kinda like an old Samba) Is this a top end pipe or a bottom end pipe?

Hi,
I dont know if there are any dealers in the USA yet, I know who makes them and will phone him tomorrow, as I said in an earlier post, they only fit an upright engine like on the HT1, but give us time and it'll be there! Oh yes and it has more low end grunt than you can wave a stick at!...lol

Isn't the layout on a HT1 the same as a Leopard?

Its close, but the leopard engine tilts forward and theres a roll cage and weather the side pods on a leopard are big enough? I will post some info tomorrow.

Hi People,

A reaction from R N Tuning from the Netherlands. Whe are a small company that develops tuningparts for the 1/6 and 1/5.
The Fat Power is our latest creation, a real racing pipe with extreme power and torque for competition use. The first production of the Fat Power was for the Hörmann HT1, but we are working on a complete range of Fat Power exhausts for all the Off-road cars.
The Fat Power gives on a stock GD260RC4 4.5 real hp at 103300 rpm. The pipes are made off 0.61 mm special steel and excellent welding, no chrome or other a real racing exhaust.
Our High Performance Exhausts are not a copy of Samba, we do all the developing, testing and producing all by our selve.
We became Dutch Champion 2005 with the prototype of the Fat Power, and in the last race of the season we had 4 cars with the production Fat Power in final.
Next week we finish the Fat Monster Power for the FG Monster Truck
USA dealers are welcome.
All our products can be ordered directly at us.

du kannst in dem Forum erklĂ€ren , daß Steve bei einigen Lieferanten nicht alles bezahlt hat und somit auch keine Lieferungen mehr erhĂ€lt, das ist der Grund warum er auf Ware warten muß.

The current Leopard has an upright engine just like all of the off-roaders. I wish it had a lay down engine maybe a little more weight on the front wheels would be nice.
