Default Anti Roll Bar?

Just got used anti-roll bars for Smartech traveller without instructions.Does anyone no how to mount these?The one in pick is for the front,i don't have the rear.Do these help with stifness,that's what I'm going for.Anyone use these or think they arn't good?Let me know please as I am stumped.

I got one on my on road not my offroad........depends on who you talk to...... I think for offroad no, others will say ok

Plop the little plastic piece into lower wishbone. Thread the push through the larger hole. Push down to the recess slot. Screw in the worm screws into the wishbones and through the little plastic piece. Fit washers and screws to the mounting shock tower/front bulkhead.
