Looks like someone got the idea from the Carsons and Smartech..... looks very similiar but your front wheels will still absorb any impact, the bumper need to stick out past the front wheels..... IMO

Yess seen that one once, but that's not so strong i think ..... mine is made off stainless steel, all welding also stainless steel, shure you can damage everything, but this one can take a little bashing.. and i now, because i had that one 1 day before i returned it because it's noth worth the money IMO..[>:] on a off road car that really get's some serious action..

Mine is also made from stainless steel polished to a shine. One good thing, it does crumble up to absorb a impact, it wont stay stiff, rigid and pass the shock of the impact to the chassis.

RE: NEW FG FRONT MT BUMPER
Or a chainsaw.. well i had a few encounters with "some" objects, the edge of the bumper is like a ramp so untill now it's A ok for me, also it is fixed on 6 points instead of 4 so it can handle the forces better.
And it's only a hobby, now and than i build one for a friend or on special request, not planning a factory yet as it take's 3 hours to get it like i want..

RE: NEW FG FRONT MT BUMPER
Garfieldie, i made a very similar front bumper last dec-jan for my fg mt, but it was based on a 4mm steelplate with thick solid aluminum bars like yours... but painted black, weight was around 2kg or more and boy did i crash big wooden fences and rammed allot of things with it, solid as a rock it was, great but a littlebit heavy. Now i only use a hoopup bling fender, not as strong as my last one, but much lighter
Like your, great work !
