Any Suggestions on problem getting shock allen screw out
I put alloy Front Arms On My marder during the last summer. i also cracked up the front end during the summer. the arms look okay just looks like one of the steering stops bent alittle. my problem is when i put the arms on i used medium loctite on the allen screw for the shock on the bottom arm. i tried heating the arm up but i cannot get it to come out. i think now i have round the allen wrench socket. Any suggestions on how to get the screw out? Will a screw extractor work? Do they Make them that small.
Thanks Shymot

try putting some nail varnish remover on lett it soak in and around the threads, did this with a bolt snapped in the engine mount and it removed it, nail varnish removes super glue ect.... works also great on rimms and tyres

Put a soldering iron on the screw itself rather than the arm
If you have rounded the head try a torx bit, it may just grip it enough to remove.

Thanks for your Suggestions. I Used One of those sears micro mini easy outs and it came right out. This was after i cut off the bottom of The shock and tried using a pair of pliers.
