WELL, SHE DONT LIKE IT....BUT I DO
Just came in the other day, very nice piece of work. The body was cracked when it showed up. It looked like they were practicing wrestling moves on the box OH WELL. James at J&A has been very helpful, offered to ship out a new body right away no questions asked. So with a nice looking buggy, good customer support, I'm very happy. I do have one question though, this thing did not with any steering linkage balls, rod ends, turnbuckle. Any ideas what I should use???

Nope! It is a Mamba.... I have never heard of anyone getting one with linkages missing. Did you ask J&A about that. The one I saw a few months back was at a friends hobby shop... It came complete minus the radio. These things are heavy but handle just as well as a leopard. Great, great buggy!

Thank you All, I was skeptikal about buying this thing at first, because when was the last time you heard of the Mamba. Atleast that's how it was for me. But now that it's in front of me, I'm very glad I bought it. Thanks again.

Not rude at all, I thought I just sent you a PM a bit ago?? maybe it did not go through. I tried to go on their site to. Do a Google search with JAracing. He has two sites 1 is j&aracing.co.uk and the other is .com. Anyways the Mamba is 650 pounds w/o motor 750 w/motor. I don't remember exactly what in dollars.

cant believe how cheap that is, wish i'd looked into them before getting the marder.
youve done very well mate, hope the after sales is good to you and parts availability it good.

I have only seen a couple places on the internet that sell this thing, so I would not say the support is everywhere. But the guys at J&A have obviously everything and get it to you quick. Here is the front page of the price list for parts. Just scaned it sorry it took forever to resize it

i aint seen one for real only a few pics thats it - aint heard nothing bad about them,looking at the pics the look solid and £750 gets you full alloy car,leopard off set rimms/knobbly tyres & zen engine..bargain imo

We had 2 at our track in september, it looked like it could be great but it had engine probs and was retired. There have been alot of upgrades to get it to where it is now but the guys at J&A are great to talk to and very helpfull. I was planning to get one last year and still hope to this year. Might even sell my patriot to pay for it.

Thanks again all, yes, it is very solid. parts fit and finish are very good. I unfortunately am still awaiting my 805's to come in, so I have not driven it yet. And it won't at this point be on a track. I don't race (Yet anyways) Heres a couple more shots I just took. It still has alot of dust on it from the paper shreds they used for shipping.

i see they use the vw/audi cv grommets! loving the thing, pleasent survrise to see they are UK based in bornemouth!!!
thing is, if i got one, apart from polishing it i'd have nothing to spend my money on and nuffink to do in the evenings

radio_controlled_mad , sorry I was not more specific. Yes, brakes and pipe were included. In fact I have done nothing to the car but put the tires on the rims.
