Pics from the rain day
Sneff and myself headed up to Canada to meet with Selwa and a few of his friends to do a little bashing. The chosen spot is about 1 hour north of us over the border.
We had a great time despite the rain, it is al ways a good time to meet new people and share some info, Selwa is a great guy and his Friends Doug and Russ I think his name was were great hosts.
We look forward to heading back up soon to air it out with out all the mud, Joe and myself were the only 2 that ended up running but it was still a great time.
Here is a few shots of my MB pro fly off the Canadian clay.
I hope you enjoy the pic's as much as I had doing it.

RE: Pics from the rain day
Yes what a day, didn't stop raining at all!! Thanks guys for coming up and it's good to hear you liked the layout.
Next time it will be dry. and we will battle the dust! Well I ended up just breaking a shock shaft and the gear carrier set screws came loose. I would have fixed it but there was no cover from the rain!! Notice the high tech bags keeping our radios dry!! (shopping bags)

That shot where the MB is airborne but tilted sideways is great! How did it land?

RE: Pics from the rain day
Hey Fred,
I'm free most weekends unless the wife plans something!! [] I'll keep you posted. The more cars to run the better!! If it's dry we can also try the soccer idea. There's a soccer field right by the parking lot. Yes next time Sneff has to get the bad boy dirty!! Your MB Pro ran excellent and jumped AND landed great. Always good to find good jumps for them!
Radio bags?? Maybe a small umbrella connected to the antenna!!!

Anytime you guys want to come up let me know. [8D]
I'll either change the gearing or leave my spikes on. With the Monsters on and gear back again a soccer game would be fun!! FG Soccer - A new olympic sport!!

That looks like fun!
I live on a 1.5 acre lot but its mainly flat , BUT I found what looks to be a old BMX style track in the woods behind my house.[8D]

RE: Pics from the rain day
I will see if I have any pics of FG soccer from when Sneff and myself tried it out for the first time. I was great, we were at the park running and found a old basket ball laying there so we started pushing it around, next thing you know the car just climbed up on it and leaped into the air!
now we have FG soccer with a twist

RE: Pics from the rain day
Yeah I was a wimp and didnt want to get my nice clean MB Pro dirty[:'(]. But I had a blast airin' it out with Freds MB Pro. Those pics really came out great.
An interesting note about those pics is that we were only using 1/4 throttle or less. Any more and the car would have launched 40 feet passed the landing ramp.

Yup, next time will be a blast!! More guys should come out too. I try to stay away from large jumps myself, aluminum tends to be less forgiving than plastic. The park should be dry by this weekend so I can have a go at it.
