Default where to get 1/4 scale parts?

I've got a 1/4 scale New Era stadium truck and am looking for some new parts for it. I found what I'm looking for in the engines section but cannot find anything on tires. I did a search for "tires" and "wheels" but strangely nothing came up.

The tires I have on it now are almost 10 inches tall and have weak treads on them. I'm looking for alternatives that are smaller diameter and have more aggresive tread design. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks!

Lawn tractor tires will work. Try getting rototiller ones. The lawn tractor tires are what were used originally. I have bodies for this truck and info about them on my sites.

www.quarterscalelegends.com look under "legends" on the left.
www.legendaryreproductions.com for the bodies.

yea the tires on the truck right now are lawn tractor tires. They're terrible.

On your website's legend's pictures section for the New Era stadium truck, about halfway down, there is a red Bud truck with a pig in the driver's seat. The rear tires in that pictures are very similar to what I'm looking for - basically a replica BF Goodrich Baja TA tire or something similar.

Where can I get tires like that?

Yea, look at the bottom of this ad. Ricks RC sold them. I have a set and they are bad ass, but you need to use really wide rims and special foam inserts. They used to run about $300 a set with the foams. They are basically impossible to find now and the molds are lost. Your best bet is to get the lawn ones and cut out every other tread or just get wheel caps and use the pin style covers that BRP sells. The only problem with that setup is they look stupid and not to scale, but work great.

Here is a pic of the ones I have on my truck.
