Two of my neighbors have scooters one is a 2 stroke scooter the other a 4 stroke the 2 stroke has awesome power[sm=thumbup.gif] and is louder and can pull a bigger person. The 4 stroke is a dog and quiet and slow take off with a bigger person.[sm=thumbdown.gif]

4 strokes are all about torque...you can get speed outta them they just got to be geared right...the yamaha 4 stroke yz's run pretty damn good compared to the older attempts at 4 stroke dirt bikes....you could toss one in a rc car if the right gearing was around...but the gear replacements made are for 2 strokers with higher rpm's so finding the gearing could be a issue.
