How Many sold?
How many Baja's do you think will be sold on an annual basis? My guess is that with the giant scale market being so small they will sell approx.200- 500 a year in the states and another 500 around the world. Do you think this is close to reality. I wonder what the first shippment total was? How many uits does FG sell a year (off road)?

I think with HPI entering the market the numbers for FG, HPI, and the others will increase. Over the past 2 years large scale has grown quite a bit and it seems there is a still growing demand in the US atleast.

According to a friend that owns a hobby shop, he says his salesman at Great Planes has seen over 500 pass thru their warehouse already.
HPI has better marketing and a better customer base than FG will ever have.
I hope FG brings out some new stuff soon to compete with the Baja.
Competition always brings about good things to the end consumer. New products, lower prices and higher quality control to name a few.
