Default RE: run tank dry?

i usually have to leave before i run out of fuel :P

but i have once before, no issues at all really, once it started getting really low it would idle but would just bog down or wateva due to airbubbles in the line cos of lack of fuel :P

As it runs dry it will run as if its very lean and will act very odd. Only ran mine dry once, surprised me, and thought I had a motor problem.
No harm in doing it just be ready for it to run lean like a nitro motor would do..

lol i just took mine out then and ran it dry, at the end it just leaned out, and wanted to run away .. like its idle speed increases.

hit the brakes, hit the stop button

Don't worry about it Micheal. When you run gas you have to change your nitro mindset. Mabye we can meet up on Sunday if you're still going to be in town for the long weekend.

Think of it like a lawnmower or weedwacker.... Only run it dry if you are planning not to use it for a while, a month or more I would say.

If you drain your tank when you've finished with it, it will stop the tank turning the horrible yellw colour.

thanks everyone

Joe
im not sure what my parents want to do. i forgot to mark sunday off at work so if i can mark it off tommorow and i find out what my parents want to do then maybe we will go out .

im not sure if you kno where westwood is next to the police station (22 divison? not sure). i belive its on islington and kipling,
anyway its a big reclamed ashfalt "desert" owned by the city but used in winter by emergancy snow removal.

may be a little harsh on the tires but thats where iv been running when im not in the back yard.

hopfully soon i will get some hop ups for my baja. i was thinking redneck filter. x can. and a friends dad to port and polish my engine. and a pre filter.

not sure on all them yet but still looking.

this is way better then nitro!
