hellya,
Did you need to convert anything to change over the gears to alloy instead of plastic? Are those FG? My extra plastic Fg gears for my MT seem to be a match for the Firehammers, are FG's compatible?

Well nothing special, just a 29cc kit and a alloy front end, and a stell pinion. I'am having my new bumper fixed it fell apart already[:'(].
Oh yeah and I have a jet pro pipe too and also a Fg alloy diff Part #8484, and ball drive conversion

Just installed the grommets in the body for added strength.
Also removed and epoxied the switch - Man that thing sitting out in front like that is just begging to get switched off.[&:] Will be running without like my MT.

I do not even use the front body mount on both cars I turn the mount over. No problems yet, and I added that extra pc too the top of the roll cage, also so the top of the body does not crunch down any more either, so no more crushed pillers on bodies or cracked sides, I posted pics of this awhile back......It works awesome..you can flip the car over many times and the body doesn't crack anymore
