Default lack of instuctions

how come all of the fg parts i buy (replacements and hop-ups) don't have any instructions??[:'(] i' m in the process of installing front tuning brakes for mt5, elcon servo saver, alloy diff, andsteel gear conversion; all of which contain no instructions and no pics even! i've been wrenching on r/c's for 20+ yrs, so i can usually figure it out. any sort of instructions would be a huge time saver. if anyone out there has any key tips on installation of any of these items please post. thanks

hellya just posted on another post about the servo saver if that will help ya
http://www.elcon-models.com/pics/Servo%20Saver.wmv
and steel convertion is really only a few grub screws .. and rear diff is pretty straight forward as well .. take your time then you'll figure it out , you say you have 20 yrs.. these are one of the easiest machines too work on ..
just be organized and patient then ..
Good Luck ..

the rcu search function worx like my ex wife did, and she didnt!! the search function here is a POS.
i hope as more companies like HPI and CEN enter the 1/5 market, the others will have to conform to Quality Customer Support, or die out like like like anything should with out good customer support. so far i ve not seen ANY CS from the biggest 1/5 makers. another reason why i went HPI> they HAVE customer support.
the only CS it appears FG has is thru its dealers themselves. FG themselves seem to SUCK as CS.
another dinosaur soon tobe extinct if they dont adapt.

Buy one.... actually drive it...... youll be forced to fix it a few times Dont be intimidated by the machine.

After you have taken it apart and put it back together a couple of times, it will be easy as pie to work on
