RE: any info on this engine
Depends who did the work on it. ESP does top notch work. Toss a E-Mail off to O'Neill and ask. They are pretty straight forward.
Dyno results are too easy to fake, I don't believe those much.
I don't buy however that just porting tossed a 26cc up to 6HP, you'd need reed valves to increase power that much more.
A reed valve ESP 26cc is 6+HP a Standard ported 26cc is 4+HP

RE: any info on this engine
paul i have no clue ,i am in the market for a new engine for my fg and had my mind set on the esp260 for the mt ,i know they make big power but 6hp with a pipe is crazy like i said its priced right to. i have dealt with sean at oneillbrothers they were very good people to deal with might have to give em a call.no saying this hp rating is false or anything i am just curious if anybody has one. wow 6hp would be sick.bryan

Um, isn't that the same as the esp ported job? How much hp does the esp one have with a pipe?

RE: any info on this engine
In order for a Dyno test to be of any use, you need to have all the engines you are interested in tested on the same Dyno, and under comparable conditions.
One Dyno might tell the Engine puts out 5.97HP, another that it makes 4.56HP
If you want/need BRUTE power, then ask Oddiffied if he is willing to sell the NOS Heli engine that he has made. With a 2.5HP nozzle and an FG BigPower pipe it is tested to around 8,1HP, and he has both 5 and 10HP nozzles.
See this RCTek thread for NOS info:
http://www.rctek.com/phpBB/viewtopic...&highlight=nos
here are a pic of the engine: http://www.rctek.com/phpBB/album_page.php?pic_id=573
Here are the Dyno results of the 2.5hp nozzle: http://www.rctek.com/phpBB/album_page.php?pic_id=574
p.s.: If for sale, then This engine isn't cheap....

RE: any info on this engine
Bryan, here is the 26cc esp engine from DDM http://www.davesmotors.com/store/product1645.html
O'neil is claiming the same thing that it is a 4hp motor, that if you add a pipe will raise it to 6hp. This engine from DDM is a 4+hp and I am sure if you add your snail it will raise it to 6hp, if that is possible.

RE: any info on this engine
sounds good ,either way i go both engines should make big power ,i have seen post of vehicles with the esp somewhere online ,but not this engine ,did you just release this setup or has it been around a while .i like them both but i love the price even better with the oneil engine.like i said before i have dealt with both companies both have top notch service so i cant loose either way .might just have to call sean and order it .hey somebody has to be a guniea pig right.
ORIGINAL: Oneill Brothers Racing
Our ported G260RC puts out 4.5hp with a stock exhaust. We dyno tested the motor with and with out the pipe. The pipe adds about 1.5hp.

RE: any info on this engine
What about fuel consumption: Will it run a 30 minute race on less than 700ml of fuel?
