So is anyone else tearing the heck out of these rear tires!!!

I have trashed two pairs in 3 tanks. At 75 for the pair it is getting old reeeaaalllll fast...

DO I have to get an adaptor or what. I cant find nay info on tires that will fit this thing, except the spread the paddles over the old tire post.

thanks

nop way theres a warranty on tires. also where are you getting tires for $75?? I see the rears for 428 an the fronts for $28 also. Your ruining the rears right? i cant see how your messing up0 the front tirtes too, they should last alot longer. Also what are you running on asphalt?

Rs43EVOman the HPI Baja Tires are warrantied. They've had issue's with them and numerous people have gotten them replaced free of charge.

The tires are under warranty. Talk too Wes Mot at HPI customer service and tell him what is going on and give him the serial number on your car ,snap some pics, and he will ask you too send them here ([email protected]) He is the person too deal with at HPI, he will send you updated tires /wheels/foams.....you should not have too buy these

The tires are only warrantied if the yellow foams come apart. If its general use they won't send new ones, but you can try.

i would advise buying the adaptors, this way you have the choice of hundreds of different rims and tyres.

i would call HPI CS, get the info to them. are your foams yellow or black. if yellow, a warrenty it will be, foams( new black ones ) and a set of tires. i assume at 80.00, your buying the rtr tire/rim/foam. if you have black foams already and your tearing out tires, then i doubt you ll get them warrenteed. just buy the tire themselfs if this is the case, reuse your rims and black foams.

i have fit a few Tmaxx standard size tires to the rear rims. so far the paddles work great in soft loamy surface. the other set ( imex swampdawgs) are pretty good, but the stock pins do hook up better ( our track is clay/sand mix). my next sets going to be a set of onraods, and then a set of the large pins for hopefully better traction.

Call HPI. every ohter friday they have off, so if you call on a friday, you may not get anyone.

Tim, i put a set of the Proline mulchers on my stock rims and man do they tear up some ground. i ran them in grass for about half a tank then in a gravel pit for about two tank. they did great everywhere but the gravel was really hard on them and now they are pretty much bald. I am trying to figure out what tires to run next but i am waiting on my local machine shop to give me a quote on a set of aluminum lock rings, hopefully i will get the bulk discount when i buy several sets and i can pass on the savings to other people

for the next offroad set, im thinking Imex KingPins or the biggest pin tire they offer, not sure its called KingPin. should be quite good. the imex tires appear to have stiffer and thicker product over the Prolines. a modding we will go.
