It is made in 2 versions........1 for off road, and 1 for on road. If it said for the Marder, then it will work for the Monster Truck.

Hey BuggZy99,
Just wondering what's shipping like (time and cost) on items from the UK? I made an offer on 2 of his stuff, the 2 spd. was one of them. Nice buy if the shipping isn't outrageous.

i think the carrier on the on road two speed would be smaller to accomadate the smaller spurs (higher ratio gears)

yes but you would have to change (i think) to the fg gear & clutch bell carrier & fg large engine mount, wouldnt cost alot to adapt the fg 2 speed to fit clones

Yeh i think there are like 3 different carriers...but i still stand correct, the differance is the gear ratios

As far as shipping goes it has been my experience, as you know Eric, that shipping is faster from the UK to US than from Canada to the US.... All that matters is that is does arrive. Let us know how it all works out, Great buy for only 125 cad!

I talked to a guy last night about his 2spd. supposedly his 29cc engine puts out 6+ HP, he said he was whipping it across a feild and hit a slight hit spot, cartwheeled for days before it came to rest. He took his out because one of the pins kept bending and shearing off.
Either way great deal you got, post some action vids. when it all comes together!!!!!

Bought something recently (ebay) from UK. Standard mail shipping was about 1 week. Keep in mind, exchange rates are calculated at time of transaction, and ebay adds about 3% to the total for their exchange rate fee. They don't exactly tell you this up front.

I'm tempted time and time again to purchase something from the UK, but the shipping costs to me are mindblowing!!!! Not sure what currency is called in the UK, but the exchange rate is almost double!!! Austria prices are not bad, unfortunately I can't read any Austrian! (LOL!!) I just check out the pics and see what the prices are in US dollars.
