if i was living on my own i still wouldnt do that, i wouldnt even run my engine in the garage...

I usually run my en gine just outside the garage pointing towards the backyard. If the Garage wasn't part of the house then I would, but since it's connected and there's a door going into the house, not a good idea.

However if the wife likes the smell of gas then that's a different story. Good to hear that it's started. Not sure what my setting are since I'm still breaking it in at low speeds.

One time my wife wanted me to clean up the attic. She said, "Can't you just take your leaf blower up there?"

My response, "Sure if you don't mind exhaust fumes in the house for the next few weeks." Doh!
