Castrol A747 Castor/Synt blend is what tuner/racer Ian Oddie(Oddified) recommends for his engines.
The newer Castrol XR77 replaces the A747 and has solved some problems with cold(freezing) weather and wet weather that the A747 has.

Blue Marble,great stuff.
maxima 927........................destroyed two top ends. however in fairness I did use it in the winter and it does say that it seperates in the cold.

RE: best oil poll?
Well I have been racing real cars for along time now, and shifter carts before that and have always used Royal Purple...
now with my KM, 32:1 with Royal Purple and it seems to run great...not alot of smoke either...
use it in my weed eaters, and chain saws and never had a problem...
plus my Lexus loves it so its gotta be good..

RE: best oil poll?
minerals are made from refined crude oil, while synthetic is man made, so a lot more consistant quality, better additive packages more oftne then not as well.
don't try mixing mineral and synthetic, it doens't mix, curdles (well thats what it looks like) and blocks your jet's, i use motorex crosspower 2t in anything two stroke, fox, you havn't been on IM in a wihle, whats wrong with you man.

You can't go wrong with Zenoah.
I have been using it for years and maybe some will say it's not the best for whatever reason I never came across ,but I have never had a problem and always recommend it to our customers.
good luck

No problems, even in wintertime here in Norway.. Just remember to shake vigorously before filling up.
Using Maxima Castor 927 in all my 2-stroke engines; pocketbikes, gas cars, gas boats, mopeds and outboards. All rev better, and with no carbon deposits in the top-end. Less smoke as well.. (And the wonderful smell of castor oil.. mm.)
I always run 50:1, summer as winter.
Keep them engines revving people!
Regards,
Thomas.

Castrol A747 Castor/Synt blend is what tuner/racer Ian Oddie(Oddified) recommends for his engines.
The newer Castrol XR77 replaces the A747 and has solved some problems with cold(freezing) weather and wet weather that the A747 has.
