FG MB Rolling chassis?
I haven't found one anywhere but is it possible to buy a FG MB rolling chassis? I have had a major crash, I have bent or broken nearly everything! It breaks my heart everytime I look at it!

RE: FG MB Rolling chassis?
i was looking for one also this summer, never saw one on fleabay. Im thinking that the price of a good stock motor on these is pretty cheap that people rather add a motor and sell them as running trucks.
good luck mate....

We sell them engineless but money wise it is better for you to buy it with the engine and sell it on ebay. You can probably make double of what we would give you for it. The reasoning is, there is not much need for stock engines except for the MCD vehicles as they do not come with engines. FG only supplies vehicles with the engines and will not sell them as rollers.

I am still looking for a rolling chassis at a decent price , I found one on ebay for around 400$ but somethings seemed kind of fishy. I have the fever to get this thing running again. The more I look at it . I may be able to tear it down and replace broken pieces part by part I dunno.....

Flatline, I fully know your pain............. There is not a single straight screw, unbent rod, scraped metal, untweeked plastic part, leaking seal or gaskets left on my truck. I will be replacing my entire truck in the spring, or sooner.
Get a brand new bettle Use your smashed bug for parts.

FG comp kit???
You mean a whole new truck? I can't see buying all of that plastic again, either. I don't see myself ever buying another FG. There's are two many other manufacturers that I haven't tried yet, like MCD and HPI Baja. If I did want another FG, I would build one with Elcon parts and skip the plastic all together.

For the price of the competition truck and the quality and looks of fg alloy, I would buy the Monster truck stock and spend a couple of hundred more than the competition version and get all elcon

RE: FG MB Rolling chassis?
You can probably fix it piece by piece for less than buying a roller if you could even find someone selling one (and that's assuming it would not be all tweaked up). I smashed mine hard into a concrete curb and I think the curb took more damage than the car. Nice chunk! The Sam's club island bears my signature scar. Besides bending the chassis plate all I broke was a knuckle, bumper, radio plate, and bent a few screws (the chassis was a real pain to bend back). Take it apart and check it out you might get off cheaper than you think.....;>)

I know someone who has a rolling chassis that I sold him. And he has it still the same way I sold it to him.A complete rolling chassis minus the motor and radio gear and I think the rear diff. I sold it to him for $300, if ur interested I can contact him to see if he wants to part with it ! ! ! ! !
