i picked up a mb and it seems no one has one but me..does anyone know of any forums for these? does anyone one this site have one? where can i get hop ups? just some questions...i have a baja 5b i have less problems finding parts for that..go figure any help would be great..thanks

A lot of people have them. I am not sure if there is a forum specific to MBs. This forum is dedicated to all Large Scale RCers. As for hop-ups you can go to Largescalerc.com.
How do you like your Baja?
I am in MA as well, we should get together one of these days.

Parts are hard to find at local hobby shops, my distributor does not even carry them. You most likely will have to order parts from traxxas direct.

Traxxas parts are only available via traxxas. None of them shops listed above can carry the parts. Traxxas also has support forums.

you see what i mean...i found the traxxas site but no one has posted for a long time....also to "tig" i love the baja i just got done installing a ddm race port 27 wow what a huge improvement...i saw your post about mass bashing i am from western mass same town six flags new england is in...thanks to every one who responded, i look forward to alot more posts...cya

Odd I almost got 1 of those too and found that this crowd seems to frown on them and it is not so weasy to get parts even from traxxas dealers.

On a side note I see you got rid of the e-maxx....

Your Baja must be pretty nuts with those mods. I would like to get a Baja one of these days.
We should get together and have a little bash session. Keep the MB, dont sell it. I just saw one on the computer that was pretty hooked up.

Any Hobby shop that carries traxxas items can order you the parts. most dont stock them cuz when the MB was new ( 15 yrs ago) very few could afford them. or thought they could.
if you call Traxxas in person, im sure they ll help you out, Traxxas CS has always been good. to bad very few people here know much about them, as they are the USs first major large scale production item in RC. at least i think.

Traxxas doesn't allow LHS's to carry Monster Buggy parts. They are only available via Traxxas. A LHS can order the parts but they pay retail as you would. The Traxxas CS is top notch though, the few parts I've needed from them most times they have given me them free.
