IF YOU CAN'T DO THE TIME THEN DON'T DO THE CRIME. (it's wisdom speaking to you from the early 1970's ) Buy something that has parts around and what others are enjoying.

to me, this is the most interesting part of the blurb from their website...
Auction City Australia is also stocking a full range of spare parts for the buggy , available to order in our ''1/5 SCALE SPARE PARTS'' section.

The 23cc 2 stroke engine delivers smooth power, and is extremely cheap to refuel, usung standard pterol from the pump, and 2 stroke oil mixture of 25:1 -1 PART OIL 25 PARTS PETROL.

This off road ready to run beast has been manufactured to compete with HPI's Baja 5 buggy.
http://www.auctioncityaustralia.com....-on-road-.html not alot of spare parts , are there?

I have one of the RC-2s. The only part that is interchangeable with teh Baja is the wing. Everything else is completely different. For you FG guys, teh rims will fit the FG square drive. Might be a good buy for ccheap rims and tires.

Do a search for "Scorpion, large scale" on google. There is more info out there.

If I was a newbie, it would be regretable. But a few changes here and there, and its running good now. I'll be testing it over the weekend and making more changes.

We have been testing the on road version $425 with radio for an entry level class the parts are Technokit clones. It worked my 11 year old son will race it Sunday so far could have sold 7 at the track last weekend people need an entry level car and at $525 with a radio its not going to bust the bank like a FG sports line @ $750 plus a body plus a radio and plus servos ... You do get a lower quality car but you do not pay that much for it

No, its only got 10 minutes on the engine. I'm still way rich to let the rings seat first. I just got home from about 45 minutes of street driving. The grass is too wet where I live.
