You're confusing me with ya posts...anyhow as far as the HPI Baja goes I say this....Well since your son wants one that mean's wife will be ok with it so heck buy 2 and you'll love them. They are loads of fun, as far as bashing it.... it'll bash better than any other gaser made.

sorry about confusion[X(]but i don't want to spend a load of dosh and get the wrong beast i myself have the fgmt and love it , my son wants an upgrade from his nitro aftershock, but can't make his mind up! fg stadium truck, hpi baja, and the new fg baja now i beleive in yellow livery and a model of a driver in itpeople say fg stadium doesn,t put the power down due to smaller wheels, others say hpi sadly lacking in power[] fg baja?, hope this helps a little, as the more info you seem to acrue the more difficult a simple decision seems to become!!!!! if still confusing its probably because i,m a numpty farmer at the end of the day lol[sm=idea.gif]

talking as a racer and not a basher, I've seen the HPI going round serveral tracks and the look very good indeed, although I'm not going to get one as i run FG's. The choice is yours at the end of the day, the car looks new and fresh unlike lauterbacher, harm and FG so go for what ever you think looks the best.

Personally i think the toy figure in the baja makes it look like something
Radio Shack or even department stores would sell. [sm=thumbs_down.gif][sm=thumbs_down.gif]

IMO It looks cool to me, the R/C world has toy figures in very costly gas heli's and gas boats etc. So it's ok to have a figure in a offroad, or onroad gas vehicle.

Hey people he asked about the FG Baja, not the HPI Baja, heh, But I read it a couple of lines up, its not out yet, but it looks very cool, new look to these beasts, Though I think I want to buy an onroad vehicle before another offroad.
