Under const. w/ all metal 1/4 scale car body
Hi all ,
I'm under construction with an all sheet metal body being hand fab, due to i couldn't fine the model in lexan i wanted. I own a 1965 Chevy Malibu Pro Street full scale , so i decide to build a 1/4 scale 1965 Chevy model Pro Street . Now i know this 1/4 scale body will give me EXTRA WEIGHT , but i'm trying to build this car to take to local car shows. Here are a few photos of my started project.[:@]

Wow, You have a lot of patience. That is going to be awesome when you get it completed. Who makes the chassis? It looks custom, but very cool.

warren,
that looks great. keep up the great work.
I like the wheel and tire combo, that looks bad ass. What chassis is it? I would like to do something similar with my WCM. Any info on the wheel/tire combo would be appreciated.
Thanks

warren,
What did you modify on the chassis? Any info on the wheels/tires?
I just noticed the NOS, is this a drag car? It must be pretty nuts to drive. How fast is it?
Thanks I appreciate it.

TIG,
This car is an 1/4 scale NASCAR. changed to a Modified Pro Street. If you needing infor. on tires check with Todd at BRP. http://www.bishopracingproducts.com/index.php He could build your tire and rims to fit your applications. Tig, the only modification to chassic was moving my rear trailing arms closer inward to run 4" wide tires. This car was clocked at 63 miles per before i added NOS , never had a chance to clock it NOS yet! This 1/4 scale handles just as good as my 1/5 scale.
Thanks Warren528
