Not painted or chromed, just RAW.
The better the heat exchange from the exhaust, the more power.

Paint and chrome makes the pipe become more hot and is less powerfull.

Not with that current manifold as it is made for a straight up motor, but a different manifold for the tilted engines as on a marder and leopard is possible to produce I gues.
Saw the pipe in action, nice sound, not so damn loud and smooth powerrange. I like it!

People always have the feeling with a loud pipe that it provides lots of power...

Thanks guys
That will be the pipe I get for my Leo. I really like that pipe.
I 'm with you Apache-, people think just because its very loud that it is also very fast, Not true

Its the same with 1:1 cars. People put mufflers/cat back systems on there cars/trucks and think they are super fast.

hi apache, is the power more mid/top end? i know the older rn pipe was very low end power, not suited to our tracks so much.
do you think this pipe will be better?

Hey Carpy, you must of seen them running in Holland? Much better mid/topend than the fat power.
Not a cheap pipe, but one of the best for racing. As for fitting to a leopard, there was a couple of problems, its a really tight fit, not sure if they have sorted it now.
Not sure if you need anymore power carpy...lol

From what I saw it has a much wider and more smooth powerrange, a huge improvement over the older fat power pipe.
About fitting this beast to a Lep or Marder like Steve mentioned I do not know, probably the roll cage is in the way?

Remember power ain't nothing without grip guys...

hormann mondials, excellent for astro turf tracks when dry, worked well at Groningen last weekend. The new splinter from MD was the best there but lasted only 40 minutes... It is becoming almost on-road. Maybe we should start a keep it real campaign

Take a look on the new SLD 2WD tyres Carpy.
They could work well on the front on astro turf tracks (what do you think?) and fit normal off-road rims.
The new Fatal ones from SLD are nice as well.

Let's keep it real [sm=wink_smile.gif]
