Default Heres my Custom Diff. Gear Cover...

check out what i made for my fg diff. cover.. with some tools like jigsaw and a scrap aluminum sheet and 4 washer and you get a diff. gear cover..its great to to DIY too. easy. i havent replace my diff. gears yet.

very great idea, and it also works as a reinforcement for that section of the vehicle.

one thing i havent ran it in awhile..cant wait though to test out it.. got alot of parts broken aprt..blahh ..i wish i can afford alloy..

i stilling thinking alot,wat to do some custom stuff on this fg..never new its a good reinforcement..plus i saw a a diff. gear cover for $20. so i was what the heck i make one own and save my $

I made exactly the same, but stones still got in and trashed the diff. Think the stones either went in from the side or from under the engine. Once the stones are in there they can't get out.

Gone for the silicone idea other members use. not fully tested it yet, but looks like it will be a good solution.

welll the silicone is good ut i made mine from polymorph (plastic granules stick it in to wather i meen hot mater it melts and han just form it) and it work brilliant no skratches no marks and it is brilliant. or plastic anti bug mesh what you put on windows.
or just go in to jour local craft shop and ask for modelling material somekind of plastic............................
