yaknow..... Plazma screens suck right ?

That truck is kinda your "benchmark icon"..... You won't be the same if you sell it.

I made that mistake with a real car, but won't do that ever again.

HI Dave ESPI, Well it look's like it is going to be the same. The two people that said they were going to get it was wanting to pay with PayPal! & I said I wanted a money order or cashiers check, PayPal wanted all my bank Info. & I did not feel conformable or safe doing that! So to make a long story short I guess I am going to keep my baby! I realy don't have much time to drive it but at least I can look at it on the shelf! LOL. I got a lot of $$$$ in her & was asking 1/2 of what I got in her! O'Well, I guess it wasn't ment to be sold! I am going to put a little bit more $$$ in her to help make the rear end bullet proof! I wish someone lived close to Galveston Texas to help me work on it, but Large Scale's are fue & far between around here. I probly will send it to Troy at [link=http://www.largescalerc.com]Largescalerc[/link] to help me make it bullet prof. I am still not to sure what weight oil I want in the shocks, I here 80 in the rear & around 60 in the front is pretty good?. Well that's it for now , Yall take care. & I will be around for a while!

Good to hear Scooter !

WHy not just order the parts and put them on yourself ? the truck really is hella easy to work on. I was suprised when I had to take apart the rear end to get to the drive shaft cup that I busted how easily it all was to work on with minimal "major P.I.T.A. things" to take apart to get to it.

As to your wanting to make it bullet proof, I know I'm going to get the rear upright supports in metal. I tore the plastic one off the rear dif block screws by my rollover highspeed antics, and it should be very solid at that point. then again, I'd be more worried about shearing off screw heads, and thats not fun at all.

Where did you find oild filled shocks at ? I need to get some in the rear of my MT also.

[8D]Hi Dave ESPI, I still have the shocks that came with my FG MT5, they are oil filled, but I think i want to change them to a lighter weight oil . Maybe make it handle a little better!. I might go on & order the part's I want & do it my self. But sometime's I had reather pay the $$ & know it is done right! Troy at ->www.largescalerc.com is good & has allway's done me right!

Thanks TheFgMan01, I really didn't want to sell it! I am kinda glad I am keeping it! I wish i had more confandance on working on it, I know I can. I would just hate to mess up something. I want to beef up the rear end with ball drives & a better Diff! & alloy engine mount's & change the shock oil to a lighter weight. I wish I could get the metal Diff. holder's instead of the plastic one's, but I can't find then in the States. I think I would like to get the rear disk breaks also! I Just want to make the rear end Bullet Proof! Thanks again, I guess it was there loss!

the alloy diff mounts i know i saw on bigboytoys.com but i forget the part numbers. i know elcon has the raised diff mounts IF you want to go with the adjustable alloy diff... you can get an adjustable alloy diff conversion for cheaper.. Rcnutshobbies had it for $102.00 if i remember correctly.. for the conversion that is
