RE: fh bodies
I looking into using .060 lexan and make my own body. Was thinking of cutting it out kinda like this setup that I found that another gas racer did. Looks like it would be fairly easy to do and it would be very cheap to make plus I can paint the body on the inside then. Something similiar to the pic below.

RE: fh bodies
I am waiting for the FG Baja roll cage and body befor i switch out the stock body. Right now i will be useing Top Flite Lustrekote on the stock body. Have a few cans, tested it, and it holds up to gasoline real well.

That does not look like a good idea looks like you would take some bad damage if you rolled

No damage from roll overs, and there were many..
The original body was tore up so bad this was the best way to save it and it was the perfect way.

RE: fh bodies
I 'Baja'd my Firehammer body like TeamChrome did. It seems to work well. I had the same problem - too many rollovers caused cracks in the 'A' and 'B' pillars of the stock shell.
That VSMotorsports body is cool. Someone here recently mentioned that their MCD Baja 1000 body (looks identical to the VSModelsports body) was a mud catcher. The wide fenders stopped the mud from flying away from the vehicle and packed in under the body. I'd have to pass on this body if that is the case.
Just my $0.02

The carbon decal sheet from Parma is very cool. I use it alot on my touring car stuff to make things look carbon like my personal transponder and top of my servos.
