Default FG Baja, Question for you.

I am thinking about this FG Baja and am wondering if you can buy it as pictured? (as in already painted yellow with yellow rims) Does any one know? If so is there a FG part number?

Thanks.

PBJT.

The kits only come with a clear body and white rims. The rims will always be white but the pre-colored bodies will be released in white and red later this year. the precolored bodies will be one solid color.

Thanks for the answer, and now please excuse my ignorance but can you paint the rims with the body paint and have it last or do you need to dye them??

I would dye the rims to keep them looking good. Paint over time will get chipped & look bad with white showing through. I like the paint in the picture too. Take a look in the thread on "show my vehicle". Someone just added one on the last page or so. It's red & silver. Looks sharp, might take a peek & get ideas. Good luck ! I seen my first one run yesterday, It's a cool machine.

Take a look at this one. I painted this one yesterday and dyed the wheels to match.

Thats the one ! Nice job on the paint & wheels. Have you driven it yet ? We ran one with a 28.5 & Jetpro yesterday. It's a cool little machine. Love the tires & wheels, except gluing them !!

Man I really like the Baja. If I didn't have my Firehammer I would of ordered the FG Baja. I wonder if the cage and FG Baja body would fit my Firehammer? Damn that is just such a cool looking car.
