Default Looking for a 90 degree angle intake for 23cc

I'm looking purchase a 90 degree intake for a ZENOAH or CY engine. I found one picture online of a home made one out of chopper tubing. Note: My next project is to complete a 1/4 scale drag bike i puchased from EBAY. The carb was hitting the frame so it was cut out of the way. Now i want to replace the cut out frame an turn the carb 90 degrees.

Thanks Warren528

couldnt you make one outa some tubing and bend it to 90 and then make a flange or 2???thats what i did on one of my mock up motors.its not a 90 but it was simple to build.just get a 1/4 in thick plate and cut the flange out you want drill the holes that are neccecary. and bam!

That one really looks like:

a fitting of copper water/gas pipe from the hardware store

and some flanges from the O2 sensor from some kinda car

Huh, youre right Supra, it does look like some copper tubing and some auto flanges. It looks like its soldered to.
If you lived closer I couldve whipped that up for you in no time.

What size ID is it?

Thats a very sweet bike to. I'm sure its going to come out as crazy if not crazier than your car. I see some nice body panels being fabbed up

LOL, thats neet. I see you found my home made intake.
I made that for my twin 50cc Scarab boat I built about 12 years ago.

Yep that is a copper elbow from a hardware store. But the flanges are hand made on a mill. Then silver soldered togeather.
Im a 30 year machinest and now a CNC programmer.

Now Im making wheel caps for the Baja 5B.

I believe MAC pipes makes a 90* still of aluminum for zenoahs/cy. I have one but don't want to get rid of it. Picked it up about 2.5 yrs ago from them.

Curt

Just looked it up on their site and the product # is 4150! $39.95

Good Luck
